Annual Report under Standing Order 42 - Decisions taken by the Executive under the Special Urgency Provisions of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements)(Access to Information)(England) Regulation 2012

 

1. To consider the following motion of which notice has been given in accordance with Standing Order 13.1 signed by Councillor Franks: 

Council fully supports the decision of the Executive to approve the Town Centre Masterplan which provides a revised vision for the town centre and guidance both for those seeking to invest in the town and for the Council's decisions. 

To deal with any unfinished business left over from earlier in the Agenda.

To consider whether to pass a resolution under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 to exclude the public from the meeting during consideration of any item listed above if it is likely that if members of the public were present during those items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information falling within the Paragraphs of Part1 of Schedule12A to the Local Government Act 1972.
